Day 1 Complete.

GOOD NEWS! First day is complete and I am proud of how well I did today! Here it is...

2 pieces of whole wheat toast – 240
Raspberry Jam – 50
            BREAKFAST TOTAL – 290

½ Bacon Turkey Bravo w/out Signature Sauce – 360
Cup of Chicken Noodle Soup – 90
French Baguette (Side Portion) – 200
            LUNCH TOTAL – 650

1 and ½ Sausage Links – 350
Cantaloupe – 150
Broccoli and Cauliflower – 60
½ Fudge Ice Cream Sandwich – 115
            DINNER TOTAL – 675


TOTAL -  1615

I stretched and did weights for 25 minutes.

I wanted to thank everyone who was so willing to encourage me from the start of this journey and I thank all of you for your support! AND NOW I AM OFF TO WATCH WORLD WAR Z...at 10.
