Day 7: Tired! Short Post :)

Hey Guys! Great Day! Super Busy! Super Fun! I have to work at 7 tomorrow so I am going to write a short blog and go to bed lol.

Here we go...

Peach – 100 Calories
Panera Mango Smoothie – 230 Calories
½ Panera Orange Scone – 260

Sushi – 350 Calories

English Muffin – 150
2 Slices of Cheese – 140

1 Peach – 100 Calories

1 Apple Slice - 20
1/2 Cup of Mint Ice Cream - 160
1 TBSP of York Peppermint Syrup - 50
1 Cookie - 100

Total - 1660

A little more sugar than I wanted...but it was so delicious! Sorry for the super short post...as always you guys are the best! :)

Oh yeah it's day seven so total pounds lost = 4 pounds. Stepped on the scale and my body still hasn't let anything go, but I am proud of four pounds gone and will keep fighting! :)

  1. OK, not to be a pain, but how much water are you drinking? Tomorrow, try drinking some milk, and increase your protein via eggs, nuts, fish, or beans. When I rode the tour last summer, I increased my protein, decreased carbs (but not totally), and had much more eggs and nuts. With the biking, I lost 1 lbs. in about 6 weeks. Of course I exercised like a fiend, but it was a great way to eat, plus my cholesterol went down. Mrs. H.
