So...onto what I ate today. Here we go...(p.s. Tami will be so proud...I drank milk!)

For workout I went on a 2.5 mile walk! Great time (Almost 4 miles an hour).
I also forgot to post my weight lose process so far...I am going to reneg on my saying that I will post it everyday and say that I will post it every week...but just for a clue, I have lost 4 pounds so far :) So look for the official posting on Friday :)
