Day 3 :) Boom. Bam. Done.
So... I think I have seen too many movies in theater this month! Today I went to see "NOW YOU SEE ME" which was a great film...not really feeling the whole blogging about it ATM (maybe tomorrow?) but just a heads up...its good! :)
Anyways today we a little weird...went out to breakfast with my friend and got a delicious Sausage, Egg and Cheese wrap with Hashbrowns from Lyndon Dinner (YUM) and ate half of it and boxed the rest up (which it is now sitting in my fridge!) So...
1/2 Plate of Sausage, Egg and Cheese Wrap w/ Hashbrowns - 600
BREAKFAST TOTAL - 600
After breakfast with Sara, a great friend that I went to LBC with, we traveled up to the Worship Center and sat through a great worship service! We left and after I dropped Sara back off at her car which was parked at the Lyndon, I drove over to my friends', Kara and Katlyn, apartment for a lovely vegetarian mexican meal. I didn't eat to much because I got full fairly quickly! So...
Wrap with Refried Beans, assorted veggies and sour cream - 300
Chips and Layered Salsa Dip - 200
After a great meal, we decided to embark on a journey that would be most delicious and made double chocolate muffins...the only problem? No muffin pan...so we made a muffin cake...delicious anyways...
Small Portion of Muffin Cake - 200
1/4 Cup of Mint Ice Cream - 100
After a lite and delicious desert, we hung out and sang and talked and then we left for the movies...once the movie was done I realized that it was 9 and I hadn't eating anything else...oops. So I was under calories again today: 1400 calories
For exercise I kinda woke up late...but I did 22 sit ups...lol I know lame :-P
Fell like I did pretty good except I didn't drink any milk...

DAY 2: Zombies and Under Caloric Requirement...OH MY!
Well Hello All!
So I got to go see World War Z with some of my buddies last night and, much to my surprise, I highly enjoyed it! I never read the book so I can't compare the two, but the movie (standing alone) was quite intense and high energy! It got me thinking that maybe I should have a plan just in case the Zombie Apocalypse does happen. Lucky for me (in reference with the movie Zombieland, which is one of my favorite movies) I am working on rule #1: Cardio - the fat ones go first! But, unlike Zombieland, World War Z was somewhat realistic and quite the thriller. I also have to point out that Brad Pitt did great in his role as the hero (I generally don't like him...).
Anyways, onto the diet segment of this post...I did really well but I was under goal calorie by over 200 today (I will simply attribute this mistake to the fact that I didn't wake up till around 10 :-P). Here is what I ate for the day...

(Second) First Day of my journey.
Hey Ya'll
For those of you who don't know me, my name is David and I am a Psychology major at IUP and will be graduating in Spring 2014. I have always struggled with my weight and in Summer 2011 I decided to change that about me. I fought and struggled and lost 70 pounds and I was feeling really good. I was able to do things that I had never been able to do before and I was starting to look really good (in my narcissistic opinion). Well in winter 2011 I started to backslide and was gaining weight again and a year and a half later, I gained all the weight back that I had worked so hard to lose. Some may be honored to gain things back that they had lost...but I don't think anyone wants to find 70 pounds again... Anyways, I am done bitching and moaning about the past, because I am going to start again, and I am going to blog about it and I ask that if you support me, follow my blog and keep posting supporting comments. I know that I can lose weight again because I have done it before.
So here is the process, I will post every night what I ate, what I did for exercise and how much I lost from the previous day (except today of course...because I don't know how much I lost on the first day!) and probably a little blip of how I am feeling. I covet your support and I am really excited to take this journey (again) and lose an additional 50 pounds on the way!
David.
