Day 13: Fireworks


So last night I went to see fireworks and it was so much fun! My friends and I were a little close (evident by the fact that every time a firework exploded, we had to squint our eyes). But it reminded me of something, it sparked a passion of losing weight for me that I had 2 years ago. As the bright colors and awesome explosions went off, I felt encouraged that I can do this again...and I can make it a permanent thing! Anyways...also, I didn't drink enough water again, but I sure drank a lot more than I usually do so today my challenge is to drink even more! So here is my list.

1 ½ Cups of Cheerios – 150
1 Cup of Milk – 90
Banana – 110

½ Ham Steak – 135
9 Crackers – 180
¼ Cup of Cheese – 100

2 TBSP of Peanut Butter – 210
1 TBSP of Raspberry Jelly – 50

1 Slice of Bread – 80
1 Piece of Cheese – 60
6 (YES SIX) Doritos – 75
1 Cookie – 180

Day 12: Another Bad Day...

Hey all, so I am kinda getting bummed out because I have not lost any weight since last tuesday and it is getting on my last nerve! I think I know what I am doing wrong...1: I am not exercising as much (RAIN!) and 2: I need to start drinking a lot more water. Anyways yesterday went really well until I got to bible study and they asked me to be a judge in their food eating contest...bad life choice. I am really frustrated and would really appreciate your prayers.

2 Cups of Cheerios - 200
1 Cup of Milk - 90
1 TBSP of Honey - 60

9 Crackers - 180
1/2 Cup Cheese -  200
1/2 Cup of Ice Cream - 120

Burger (no Bun) 250
Slice of Pizza - 370

I attempted to play tennis - the attempt lasted 45 minutes hahahaha

I think I know what I need to do to start losing weight. I need to limit sugar intake to the weekend, drink more water, and workout more. So starting today, I shall do such things :) Wish me luck...also I am going to start blogging in the morning.

Day 11: :)

Hey all! Today was kinda uneventful and I have nothing to say except I applied for a worship leading position out in Pittsburgh its part time and would be perfect if I was able to do some of my hours via IUP! Anyways here we go...
