Day 4: :)

Hey All,

Sorry that this post is later than most! School has officially started, so most posts will be around this time from now on! Anyways, all my classes are interesting and I am excited to start this year off right! I went to the gym for 22 minutes today! I plan on adding 2 minutes a day until I get back up to an hour again! :) Anyways, I was a little under my goal caloric intake today, but I had another smoothie today :) YAY!

Breakfast:
            Pineapple, Raspberry, Orange Juice Smoothie – 350

Lunch:
            Turkey and Swiss 6” Sub:
                        Sub cut in half and half the bread discarded – 250
            2 Regular Oreos:
                        2 of the chocolate wafers thrown out – 80
            Garden Salsa Sun Chips – 140

Snack:
            Milk – 180

Dinner:

            Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich – 310 Calories

Total: 1310
