5 and 6...because I was too lazy to type last night :-P

Hey All!

SO I am super excited to tell you all that I have last 10 pounds since starting! Yes I know that it is some water weight, but I am super pumped because I already feel great and I am so excited about this journey! So anyways, yesterday I went to the gym for 24 minutes and today I went to the gym for 26 minutes (plus some because my friend made me stay longer, but I kinda just went at a leisurely pace after that. I am so grateful to have the motivation to go to the gym! It is just amazing how awesome I feel after going! So here is what I ate yesterday and today!

                        Crotons, Peas, Cheese, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Broccoli
