Hey all, so I am kinda getting bummed out because I have not lost any weight since last tuesday and it is getting on my last nerve! I think I know what I am doing wrong...1: I am not exercising as much (RAIN!) and 2: I need to start drinking a lot more water. Anyways yesterday went really well until I got to bible study and they asked me to be a judge in their food eating contest...bad life choice. I am really frustrated and would really appreciate your prayers.

1 TBSP of Honey - 60
9 Crackers - 180
1/2 Cup Cheese - 200
1/2 Cup of Ice Cream - 120
Burger (no Bun) 250

I attempted to play tennis - the attempt lasted 45 minutes hahahaha
I think I know what I need to do to start losing weight. I need to limit sugar intake to the weekend, drink more water, and workout more. So starting today, I shall do such things :) Wish me luck...also I am going to start blogging in the morning.
